I have always wondered how individuals build their own self-image. Are we true to ourselves, authentic? Or are we mainly influenced by the people that surrounds us? Probably a bit of both. Yet we maintain this paradox in our minds: the wish to be unique and trying anything to blend in at the same time. The Identity Loss game aims at experimenting with this paradox.

Players are given control over someone else's image by projecting visuals on this person. However they change it, at the end they will see those same changes applied to themselves. They will also wear their projected visuals. Becoming a hyper-self : their real self image plus the one they project onto others.
